The wines have excellent palate balance and intensity. Although presenting well now, they can be aged for up to 10 years.   Josef’s Vineyard 2009 Riesling Region: Canberra / Clare Valley A vibrant straw green coloured wine with intense lime and floral aromas, mineral and grapefruit flavours. The wine is well structured and luscious on the palate holding residual natural grape sugars from fermentation. Austere and fresh acidity balance the wine perfectly.
