I started making wine at the age of 10 with my Italian grandfather, Luigi Abbotoni.
Since then I have traveled the world visiting wineries, tasting wine, teaching and judging wine competitions.
我的祖父，路易吉•阿波托尼（Luigi Abbotoni）是意大利人。10岁伊始，我就随其潜习葡萄酒酿造，随后，便拜会著名酒商、品鉴美酒、评判酒赛。
My wife, Luo Lan, a native Fujian, has traveled with me on many of my journeys.
妻子罗兰，福建人，生于斯，长于斯，与我走过无数美好的葡萄酒之旅。
We are now putting to use our wine experience to bring great value European wines to Fujian.
现在的理想是依此之旅把欧洲品质最优而价格最惠的葡萄美酒带到福建---我爱于斯，乐于斯的地方。
By "value" we mean wines with great taste at affordable prices,

e.g. we look for experienced producers with vineyards in the same area as famous name wines but whose prices are more reasonable.
我们的很多葡萄酒皆从名庄酒相毗邻的地区购得，酿酒者种植的葡萄与名庄酒的一同享有独特的风土、气候，味道醇厚，但价格极惠。
To protect our buyers, my wife and I personally visit our producers to insure consistent quality and good flavor. We search for unique wines from France, Italy & Spain where the natural wine growing techniques bring out distinctive flavors. Many of our wines come from small family wineries where they have been making wine for many generations.
为了真正惠及到顾客，我们亲自实地走访每一个酒商，参观葡园、酿酒设备并品鉴美酒，以期一贯的品质，纯正的口味。故探访的是法、意和西班牙的美酒，其天然葡萄种植艺术带给葡萄酒独特的风味。酒商酿造规模不大，但是几代传承，几代发扬，技术精湛，经验丰富。
We believe that the more a person understands wine, the more they enjoy it – and wine is meant to be enjoyed.
Therefore we conduct wine classes and wine tastings to share our knowledge and love of wine.
