酒庄介绍:
在上世纪80年代初，理查德·奥斯汀先生在澳洲维多利亚省吉龙（Geelong)地区种下了第一批葡萄树。当时他的想法非常简单明了：创造世界上最好的黑比诺葡萄酒，并能以可承受的价格提供给澳大利亚的顶级餐馆。二十多年后的当今，酒庄的进展超出了他的预想：他的黑比诺、西拉子和霞多丽都受到了全世界的葡萄酒爱好者的喝彩。
The winery Introduction:
In the early 80s of last century, Richard Austin planted its first vines in Australia Geelong area .At that time his idea is very simple and clear: to create the world's best pinot noir wine, and is able to offer affordable prices to Australia's top restaurants. 25 years later, the current situration of the winery is far beyond his expectation: it’s  Pinot Noir,Shiraz and Chardonnary are applauded by wine enthusiasts from all over the world. 
 
 
酒品特征:
外观：明亮的充满活力的宝石红色，酒体闪闪发光。
香气: 诱人的香味，新鲜的李子与黑樱桃的水果气息与些许的罗望子香料搭配赋予此酒更加复杂可口的味道。这些特征都是黑比诺最原始的气息。
味觉：清新的酸度为酒香的保持做了保证，在酒体结构上，柔软的丹宁酸维持着樱桃、李子和香料的味道，既充满诱惑，又令人满足。正如所有的美酒一样，回味悠长。
Tasting Note:
Appearance :  Bright and vibrant ruby red gleaming in the glass.
Aroma : Enticing,perfumed aromas of fresh pulms,dark and maraschino cherries made more complex and savoury by hints of tamarind,five-spice and a violet petal or two.All this saturates the senses in true point noir fashion.
Palate : That momentum continues on the palate where a refreshing acidity details the varietal characters,fulfilling the promise of the bouquet.The cherry,plum and spice flavours are supported by soft tannins in a structure as beguiling as it is satisfying.As with all fine wine,each facet of this pinot noir persists on the aftertaste.
